Bellydance Social at Heworth 3.30 – 6.30pm  Sunday 5th September

I am so excited …….

Our first get together in nearly 2 years …….. I am so looking forwards to seeing you all.  NOT ON ZOOM!!!!

This is a social get together ….. not a hafla.  Of course we shall have some music and some dancing but it is more about reconnecting with each other.

Our Venue:  St Marys Church Hall – is large and airy.  If it is a nice day we can overflow outside.  If not, there is plenty of space inside for us to safely mingle.
Time:  3.30pm – 6.30pm
What to expect:  A large space with tables and chairs spread out for you to catch up with your belly buddies..
A fun ‘Bellyquiz’ with one of our Farida shimmy belts as a prize.
A couple of fun follow along sessions (outside if it is nice) spaced out indoors if not.
A few performances to inspire you to get dancing again.
Kays Spotlight in 3D ……. a fun interactive session where you get to find out more about some of your dance buddies.
Farida Souk – if you want to refresh your bellydance wardrobe.
Sparkles Jewellery – if you want to treat yourself to some bling.
Also a 2nd Hand / preloved stall.  If you want to sell some of your current dance wear and refresh your wardrobe ….. this is your chance.  All items have to be labelled and you take a turn at being on the stall.

The focus on this afternoons social is to reconnect and inspire!!!
