Tuesday 24th September 2024: This weekly fun fitness class designed to motivate and get you moving. Based on bellydance music and bellydance moves. A fun way to develop pathways for some of the regular stepping patterns. It also helps develop a range of arm positions.
Kay has a playlist of great bellydance music which she tweaks every few months. 45 minutes of non stop music and moves! If the weather is good we dance outside – if not, we are inside.
This Shimmy Camp is in person at St Marys church hall, Heworth – and on Zoom. Links will be sent to everyone when you book. Kay loves to see folks ‘in person’ if you are local but Zoomers are part of the Shimmy Camp gang as well.
Get inspired, get fit and have fun!
Join these for FREE all year if you join Kay’s membership programme ‘Love Bellydance’ as an Amarette. You also get FREE access to Kays weekly bellydance classes in term time.
