THIS IS A FREE FESTIVE CLASS – BUT YOU DO NEED TO BOOK YOUR PLACE.  IN PERSON AND ON ZOOM.  This weekly fun fitness class designed to motivate and get you moving. Normally on a Tuesday evening – this is a one off class for people to try for free.  Based on bellydance music and bellydance moves. A fun way to develop pathways for some of the regular stepping patterns.  It also helps develop a range of arm positions.
Kay has a playlist of great bellydance music which she tweaks every few months.  45 minutes of non stop music and moves!

THIS CLASS IS IN PERSON AND ON ZOOM.  A SESSION TO WORK OFF SOME OF THOSE FESTIVE CALORIES IN A FUN WAY.

If you are travelling by metro, get off at Heworth
By foot from metro
Come out to the carpark – look to you left and on the other side of the road is St Marys church.  Cross the road, follow to your left to the far side of the church and the church hall is there set back off the main road.
By Car
Follow your satnav as far as the crossroads with Heworth metro station.  If coming from Sunderland look out for a small left turning into the car park BEFORE the traffic lights at the end of the bus lane.
If from Newcastle – go straight on at the lights – take the left exit to the roundabout signposted to the 194M – go all the way round and double back on yourself – back onto the dual carriageway.  When you see the traffic lights at the crossroads ahead look out for a sharp left turn into the car park of the church hall.  There is a break in the bus lane and you turn sharp left.  Call Kays mobile if you get lost:  07966270995
