This workshop is a focused return to fundamentals, designed to clear out unhelpful habits and rebuild technique with greater clarity and efficiency. We’ll slow movement down, refine basic mechanics, and reconnect technique to intention. The emphasis is on precision, simplicity, and sustainable movement rather than complexity or flash. This is a space to recalibrate how you move, identify what’s no longer serving you, and re-establish a strong technical foundation.
