This workshop will take you through the main folklore styles in Egypt.
Abeer will explain a bit about the history but also share with you some of the dance steps and music of the individual regions.

Abeer is originally from Alexandria. She trained and performed with a folklore group whilst at university – she loves to share her knowledge with others. Abeer is now based in Germany and is one of the regular teachers at the International Bellydance Summer School near Reading.
