We’ll have a full timetable of bellydance workshops for you to choose from, morning yoga and shimmy camp, student performances and of course fabulous performances from your teachers. All this in a wonderful location and we’re going to throw in a Scottish piper for your delight too. What are you waiting for it’s going to be an absolute blast.
*Classes and workshops are optional and you will have a choice… you can pick and choose exactly what you fancy doing.

Travel: Trains to Helensburgh then a short bus or taxi ride to Rhu. It is a good 35 minute walk along the banks of the loch from Helensburgh to Rhu ….. but maybe not with all your bellydance baggage.
Plenty of parking for those driving.
Kay already hosts the hugely popular ‘Shimmy up North’ at Borwick near Lancaster and is delighted to team up with Shona and Moyra to help organise a Scottish weekend. Key runs events around the UK including the Fantasia festival in London and the Inspire weekend in Gateshead.
Shona recently moved back to her home town of Glasgow where she is running regular classes.
Moyra is based in Edinburgh where she teaches at the prestigious Dance Base. Her classes are often sold out and she has a loyal following of students. Moyra also teaches and performs at festivals around the UK.
Tev is based in London and of Turkish heritage. She is passionate about bellydance and works as a professional dancer in London. Tev is a fantastic teacher – she ensure everyone takes something away from her workshops. She is in demand to teach at events around the UK and internationally. Tevec is one of Londons most sought after Turkish style dancers.
