Our office hours are 9.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday, and we are often away at events on a weekend so if you order on a weekend orders may not be dealt with until Monday we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
POSTAGE – Postage is automatically calculated on standard 1st and 2nd UK postage rates, expensive costumes are sent via insured post – if you would like something other than a costume sent via insured post please contact us first for prices.
Individual costumes worth over £250 are sent free of charge to UK addresses
If your order is from outside the UK we will contact you with postage costs and options before processing your order.
