Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange of goods you MUST return the item within 28 days of purchase – please note postage is not refunded. We would appreciate you sending any returns back as soon as possible. If you are returning an expensive item we suggest you return it insured post as we cannot refund any items if they go missing. Unfortunately postage is not reimbursed – so please contact us first if you are ordering an expensive item and are unsure regarding measurements/suitability.
If item has been worn, is stained, smells of smoke, or is damaged in any way we cannot refund or exchange it.
Missing Post and Postage information
We have had a small number of items go missing. In the UK, if an item was sent Ordinary 1st or 2nd Class we cannot refund or replace the item. Post is not classed as missing until 3 weeks after it has been sent out. If you have not received your item after 3 weeks please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate. However this can take several weeks. If you are returning an item to us we cannot refund you until we receive the item. If it goes missing you would have to investigate with the Post Office, so make sure you get proof of postage. For International Orders please read the International section.
If you are ordering an expensive costume we STRONGLY advise you go for Insured Postage, even though it adds to the cost, we cannot replace or reimburse costly items that go missing and are not sent via insured mail. We can measure any item for you before sending it out, and also advise you of postage costs and options, as postage is not normally reimbursed.
