This workshop focuses on using contrast intentionally by switching between sharp and fluid movement qualities with clarity and control. You’ll learn how to change texture without adding unnecessary steps, so variation comes from how you move rather than what you do.
Through targeted drills and short combinations, we’ll explore dynamic contrast as a tool for musicality, layering, and visual clarity. The emphasis is on making clear choices and avoiding monotony, so movement reads as deliberate rather than repetitive.
