Description
Time and space for mind and body to relax and absorb all that the JOY weekend has given you. Some breathwork, gentle movement and tuning into our senses to release tension, ease sore muscles and regulate your nervous system offering self-healing and resilience before you head for home. Using techniques from somatic experiencing and embodied movement to provide a deeper understanding of you. Bring a yoga mat and something cosy for the relaxation time at the end of the workshop.
