Monday 28th June: This weekly fun fitness class designed to motivate and get you moving. Based on bellydance music and bellydance moves.
Kay has a playlist of great bellydance music which she tweaks every month. 45 minutes of non stop music and moves!
It was initially designed to be outdoors through the summer. The latest lockdown combined with winter weather means we have had to move to Zoom. The outdoor version was run by Kay and Julie ….. but Julie hasn’t yet embraced Zoom! Hopefully when the weather gets better we will do it outdoors as well.
