Tuesday 4th January 2022: This weekly fun fitness class designed to motivate and get you moving. Based on bellydance music and bellydance moves. A fun way to develop pathways for some of the regular stepping patterns. It also helps develop a range of arm positions.
Kay has a playlist of great bellydance music which she tweaks every month or two. 45 minutes of non stop music and moves!
This Shimmy Camp is ON ZOOM ONLY this week – back to a hybrid class from next week – Tuesday 11th.
